Windy City STEM is excited to offer e² Young Engineers® programs to the Chicago Metropolitan area! e² Young Engineers® programs include after-school classes, summer camps, birthday parties, more! Young Engineers is a global education company which uses LEGO® building blocks to introduce children to theoretical and practical aspects in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

About the Owner:

Hi, my name is Lou Westfield and I’m the Chicago franchise owner of e² Young Engineers. As a former teacher, I grew tired of seeing how students weren’t appreciating science because of the boring way it was taught. I believe that if we teach children to love and appreciate the excitement of science, we can not only create better students, but better citizens.
